Don't go out and buy expensive gym equipment and workout clothes, all you need is a body (in any condition) and be eager to have some fun. Salsa dance is popular because it is good fun and it can be done anywhere. The more uninhibited you are the more calories you will burn. It is a great starting point for fitness and will also improve your cardiovascular results, endurance and flexibility. It also increases energy levels.

Take the "Work" out of workout and replace it with "fun" Dance burns as many calories as traditional exercise and relieves stress.
